Frequently Asked Questions.

Why Coaching?

  • As a coach, Logan will partner with you to help you grow in the areas that matter most. This may include your career, confidence, relationships, habits, well-being, or any other priority. Fundamentally, Logan partners with you to:

    1. Gain clarity - Recognize what your priorities are, and what’s holding you back. You have an opportunity to share your challenges and hopes with Logan. Together you’ll uncover insights, re-frame obstacles, and get powerful clarity to move forward.

    2. Find Focus - You decide where to focus first. This could be specific short term or long term goals. You will work with Logan to create a plan to maximize your time and energy on areas of greatest impact.

    3. Stay Supported - Everyone needs help to get where they want to go. That’s why ongoing accountability to unlock motivation is part of coaching support. You’ll navigate obstacles, maintain momentum, and make sustainable progress.

  • Therapy and coaching both use science based techniques to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space, but their focus is different.

Psychotherapy (a.k.a. “talk therapy” or “therapy”) often centers on addressing mental health issues, processing negative emotions, and exploring your past to promote healing.

In contrast, coaching is future-focused designed to help you create a clear vision for how you want to master your time so that you can reach your full potential.

Both Therapy and Coaching can be valuable, as they serve different needs.

  • ADHD and Neurodiversity often present specific challenges with time and focus. For instance, some neurodivergent people tend to focus their attention on a narrow range of interests at any given time (known as hyperfocus in ADHD and monotropism in autism) leading to feelings that they are neglecting other priorities.

While coaching is not treatment for ADHD or neurodivergence, it can help compliment what you’re already doing. Regardless of your background, Logan has experience working with neurodivergent clients, including ADHD, with techniques to help you succeed in a way that honors your neurodiversity.

Logan will actively listen, ask empowering questions, and offer tools and strategies to help you gain powerful clarity on your current goals, obstacles, and strengths. A successful coaching session leaves you empowered and ready to make progress, with clear next steps to take.

  • Coaching will have both short-term and long-term outcomes. The amount of time a client spends in coaching depends largely on the individuals goals, objectives, and motivations. For most clients, significant positive changes are noticeable within 3-6 sessions, with longer coaching engagements lasting anywhere from 12-24 weeks depending on the goals/client.

  • Coaching provides an incredible ROI for clients who achieve their time mastery goals.
Coaching costs can vary greatly, with the industry average being anywhere from $100- $600 per session.
For the greatest value, Powerful Clarity structures transparently priced coaching monthly which includes four weekly sessions. Most clients find engaging in the three month coaching program, which includes an assessment, provides maximum lasting impact.
